The Wino Shop strives to make ordering from The Wino Shop as fast and easy as possible. Once you place your order, please allow up to 10 business days to process your order.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location. The majority of the Midwest and East Coast will receive their order in three business days, most of the rest of the contiguous United States in four to five business days. Naturally, inclement weather and other circumstances beyond our control can delay shipping. Your tracking number will be shared with you via email when your order is shipped.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from The Wino Shop, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
The Wino Shop does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing a refund for the item(s) not in stock.
